yes, I've had that happen
the bowels, well, sometimes I feel the need to be extra careful and that's all I can do.
As for the stress incontinance, that is a very common problem. I've had 4 kids, so my pelvic floor is not what it was. I have to make sure to cross my legs when I sneeze or cough. During pregnancy especially, I've had some very embarrassing moments if I was unable to stop laughing... not a laughing matter at all.
I even had a hard time exercising. Anythign that involved jumping or straining the stomach, forget it. I couldn't even play on the trampoline for 5 minutes with my girls. Then my doctor told me about
Uresta. Here's the link

I use it before exercise, if I have a cold where I'm sneezing or coughing, or if I just want to play with the kids and be active at all. It was expensive, but it works wonders! The best was when I was able to go play with the girls on the trampoline with no problem. It is a Godsend for me.
