I used to do step aerobics and cardio boxing. Unfortunately, I stopped exercising when my flare hit, and even though I feel better now, I've been too busy to get back into it. I'm looking to January to burn off some of this weight I put on, and kick it to my flare once and for all. Exercise is really so very important, even if it's just going for a walk. I am also gettign Zumba for the XBox for Christmas. I'm looking forward to dancing with my dd :) I do some yoga, but don't have much time. I would love to do more of it once I lose my weight, but right now cardio is more important to me.
