Hey everyone,
I'm just wondering if anyone else has severely messed up sleep cycles. Since October, I have not been able to just get an 8-10 hour sleep, and now it's like my body is 'trying to catch up', which we know it will never achieve. I've instead been sleeping for 18-20 hours at a time, not even getting up to pee or medicate myself.
It's really starting to get so irritating that even if I set an alarm, I cannot physically 'wake up', and inevitably roll-over and go back to sleep. I know I am/was pretty sick since October, but then I was suffering from HUGE bouts of insomnia. I CAN'T WIN!! lol. Other than 'medicating' myself or using melatonin, can anyone else give me some insight into a) what I can do or b) who I should talk to.
