Wondering if this has anything to do with the weather. We had snow and sleet here last night, and today it's cold and raining. My lower back, my knees, my neck and shoulders, my elbows, my hands, my feet,....almost EVERYTHING hurts! Is this a normal reaction with fibro, with the weather and all? It doesn't seem to matter what I do, I took 4 ibuprofen and that didn't touch it! I went to The Home Depot with hubby earlier, and just walking around the store "killed" my back, knees, and feet! I could barely walk without the aid of the shopping cart! What does everyone else do on days like this?
Like I said, i'm not too familiar with all of the details yet, as I was recently diagnosed in October (i think lol), so i'm still learning about everything. You'd think i'd know all about it, seeing as how my mother and sister both have it. I never really realized how BAD it can be. So any help or advice you can give me is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks so much! Fox
