When you work out (resistance or cardio) you expect to get some aches and pains, and the harder you push, the more, and more intense aches and pains you would likely get. But thats normal and "expected". {nothing like FM }
However, when I wind up with some weird ache or stabbing knife (nerve) pain, I never know if their is physically something wrong with that part of my body, or just my FM acting stupid again ?
Like this "side of the calf" thing I have right now. It's right between where you would get shin splits in the front, and where you could injure a tendon, in the back..... nothing there but "nerves" ! No swelling, no redness, just PAIN and a little heat !
To be honest, I have been beating the heck out of my legs...... But I just don't think this is workout or "injury" pain.
And I "need" my once weekly hill climb right now (rest of my cardio is on a bike, so much easier on the body)
I'll be darned if I'm going to let my FM interfere with my workouts.... before, yes. But not now.
Peace,
Fish
PS, For any of you who might suggest a Dr.... eh.... If I think it's pretty serious, sure, but I couldn't afford all the co-payments if I went in to see my Doc for every ache and pain I get ! ....but that's probably preaching to the quire here, right ? :)
