Well, I was never aware of it, but I have had a few dentists tell me that it looked at if I had been grinding my teeth.
Interestingly, I do have a lot of teeth pain. Not individual tooth aches, but where every tooth in my mouth is sore when I bite down. The weird thing though, is that it gets the worst right before I fall asleep ? I can't see how grinding them at night, would make them feel better in the morning ? Goofy. But then, most of my FM symptoms are....
BTW, I have pretty much proven to myself (by switching back and forth a few X's) that Sensodyne toothpaste really does help. Probably like 40 to 60% pain relief for me. That stuff is SO expensive though. So last night, I bought a bigger tube, for less $, of Colgate for sensitive teeth. Hoping it has the same / same amount of active ingredients. I'll see...
