Hi all,
thought I'd just add my two-cents
I hate, HATE wearing bras, but unfortunately the girls require them *grr
*. The last bra-shopping I did was as La Senza, surprising I know
. It's a padded, pink beauty that sadly gets cold in the morning, but when your girls bark at you to put one on, I'll take the cold for a minute. I also have a pair of sports bras that have been leaving big red-rashes at the breast bone. It says they're 88% nylon, but I'm convinced there's latex in it because the reaction is similar to a contact dermatitis. They'll be going for a trip to 'donations' shortly.
As for underwear, I buy Hanes 100% cotton mid-drift. Somedays I have issues, somedays I don't. It just depends how the Fibro feels on any given day.
Pants, and here's what I've been waiting to share; I cannot wear normal zip-up pants anymore. I have an issue where the lower and mid-back meet
So now I've opted to wear maternity pants instead. It's been a life-saver because you can get some really nice mat-pants and they are just meltably-comfortable. I also wear the occasional yoga-pant and straight-pant, but minus the zippers.
Hope this helps
