Sorry have not been around

Not giving up on you sweetie - going thru a similar fibro thing - yesterday was bad. Shopping the day before really did me in, then a change in weather ... Rained overnight, so no big surprise.

Physio today ... ugh ... but it will help to unkink me, so by tomorrow hopefully things will improve ... although I have a hair appointment tomorrow, amid all the stinky smellies ... double ugh ...

Thought for the day ... can't do the grand jettés till we master the pliés and rond des jambes a terres ... (sorry for the bad spelling), so baby steps ... tiny little baby steps and we will get thru this yukky time ...

Rought two days and still not good...

My dog was at vet.... she will need heart meds. and she had

bronchitis and and and. he did all the tests. echo, xrays, blood tests and a few other things. picked her up here and brought her back to me.

a/c will be fixed on tuesday ..the guy willl be here all morning..

I am just laying low . felt I would get vertigo today. stress and

family issues..I have to rid myself off.....

plus pain pain pain..

sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

anyways just watching mindless comedies and not doing a thing..

have to be ok for tuesday as the repairman will be in and out all morning...
