Im 29 too and I've often thought that very thing. From my personal experience it is possible to build up some tolerance. It can be dangerous to try though. If I push too much I get really bad flairs of pain and exhaustion. Sometimes these can last for days. If it turns out you do have fybro I'd highly recommend physical therapy. I found I could not get the balancing act down on my own of what is too much and what is too little. With experienced help I think my stamina is slowly growing. You should talk to your doctor soon if possible as many symptoms of fybro can also come from things like lime disease and ms. There's a really great thread on this forum about
