That's great.
I tried yoga years ago and it was too difficult for me, it caused me pain but I do also have a neck and back injury. What I also didn't like about it is how fast the instructor went from one movement to another. It gave me no time to think about whether I should try it or not or how far I should go with the stretch.
I do incorporate yoga moves in my daily stretches. It's very beneficial for fibro. It helps with the tightness.
