Hi, does anyone feel bone pain or discomfort?

I had bone pain for years. Mostly on sides of my feet and under big toe. And in my pinky and rings fingers. Saw a foot dr and she said the bones were swollen. So far nothing has helped the pain. When it gets real bad, I rub the area. And use Arnical gel. That helps. I do take vit D and cal/mag supplements. No one wants to figure out what is going on. Since I have crps-complex regional pain syndrome I wonder if the pain comes from that.

Bone pain? that's mostly what I feel. To me it feels like someone beat the crap out of my hips/knees/shins with a big baseball bat repeatedly. It is horrific pain. It also feels (and this sounds weird) that I have been sitting, my hips mostly, on cold concrete for several days. My bones feel "raw", which makes no sense. It's very hard to explain.

It isn't actually our bones, but all of the ligaments, muscles etc surrounding them, but it feels just like my bones. That pain is worse than my muscle pain.

My Vit D levels are good by the way. I always had growing pains (feels like a lesser version of that) when I was a child. My Mom would rub my knees/legs until I fell asleep cause I would just cry and cry.

Sometimes you still want your Mom to rub your legs. :(
