I believe most men are problem solvers. They simply aren't used to expressing feelings or sharing feelings or talking about
feelings. That is NOT to say that you can't sit down and have that talk with him and I think it's a very good idea to do so, and let him know what you are looking for, spell it out and if he's anything like my husband, you'll probably have to have that talk more than one time!!
This is year 23 since my diagnosis and honestly, it has only been very recently, I mean in the last year that my husband has really begun to make an effort to do more around the house and actually ask me "do you need me to do anything?" I'd like to say it's because he's being sensitive to the fibro, but I know better...I think it's the age thing, lol...
