My legs are being electricuted i try to walk

I am at my wits end. For the past two days the best way I can describe the pain is like someone hooked electrodes up to my legs and turned the voltage on high. I am getting muscle spasms in my hips and ankles, charlie horses in my calves, and my legs literally feel like jello. I stumble around like I've had ten drinks too many and they tremble when i try walk. Sorry for the random whining, im just having a pity party for myself today

Ugh. And I apoligize, the subject line meant to say "when I try to walk" I have taken both advil and a vicodin, I tried a muscle relaxer earlier, drank a bottle of gatoraid, I've been using both heat and ice and just can't get any relief. To just make things worse my darling son missed his nap today and is being an extremely demanding toddler at the moment.

I actually spent time in a jacuzzi yesterday. Im feeling a little better at the moment, my legs still hurt but the electric shock feeling is gone which is a huge relief. AK Angel when you say heating blanket do you mean an electrkc blanket or is it like a large heating pad?
