Good Evening forum. In honor of Fibromyalgia awareness month, I want to post interesting facts and tidbits on my facebook page and my door at work. My goal is educate and inspire. I am looking for ideas, statistics, websites, and anything thing else that will help me get l help me accomplish my goals. If anyone has any suggestions it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure to explain it's not a "trash can diagnosis" -- list the many respected health organizations that recognize FMS as real. Explain that it's a central nervous system problem, not a person's failing and they aren't "lazy."

There are some great pics online. Just google "fibromyalgia awareness day". Also there is a Facebook page dedicated to fibromyalgia awareness day 2012. You may get some ideas from there.

I have statistics from researchers. You are more than welcome to email me if interested.
