I'm confused - again! (nothing new for me) Dr. Oz suggest a functional medicine approach to deal w/ fibro - a 3-step process. In the 2nd step he talks about
food sensitivities, that most common foods can create inflammation. My problem w/ that is it was my understanding that fibro is NOT an inflammatory disease. If anyone can clarify this for me, I'd appreciate it. My hubby wants me to try this approach from Dr. Oz and I'm pretty much willing to try anything, but just don't understand how taking certain foods out of my diet will help me feel better if it's not an inflammatory disease. Thanks again for all y'all do, keeping this up and going. Idk where I'd be w/out you all!!!
