I used to get a pimple like sore a day after I wore a pendant necklace, finally put the two together I am allergic to costume jewelry .

When I ate deep fried fish on Friday that I thought was pan fried, other than having other uncomfortable symptoms I came down with a pimply rash on my back, it's a fairly large area, and a sore pimple on my back that itched. The sore itchy pimple on my back came about the next morning and lasted only one day. I had never had these before.

My fiance gets itchy red pimples on his back if he eats something like bacon or sausage.

Could it be your diet?

Without getting too personal, could it be adult onset cystic acne? I had typical teenage acne that cleared up when I was about 19. I never had skin problems until a year ago, I'm 33 now. I occasionally get a cystic acne "boil"/pimple. They hurt, are deep within the skin, don't normally produce a "head" and did I mention they hurt?! lol
