UGH! Fibrofog has struck. I keep forgetting what I am doing here at the office. Minimal tasks and then my mind just goes..
Feeling like I have ADD at the moment.
Thanks for the vent..

I can definitely relate to fibrofog. Plus, I have been diagnosed with ADD along with the Fibro. There are days when I am trying to complete a task, and I catch myself spacing out, just standing and staring. This is usually followed by my saying, "What was I doing?", or "What did I come in here for?" if I have gone into another room for something. This is particularly bad on days when
I am experiencing the most fatigue. I have recently started taking Fish Oil, and I can notice some difference. It seems that I feel a little more alert
, and my thinking is clearer than before.

I truly believe that fibro fog comes mostly from our horrible sleep patterns or insomnia. I can tell a big difference when I get a good night sleep.

I can relate too! Even when my physical pain lets up the fibro fog still hangs in there to taunt me. I work a full time job and I have days where it just seems like even the smallest task is daunting. Thankfully when I have good days where I am focused I get caught up. Just have to learn to take the good with the bad. Even my employees understand and see when I'm having a bad day and gently remind me. I'm sure they have a good laugh behind my back but they still are very nice to my face and even help me remember things. There are even times where we all laugh about
it together.
