I hear ya! I am in the same boat as well. I tend to get lots of blank notebooks and jot down ideas or random lists of things i want to draw when I feel better. I like to use coloring books too. It may seem juvinile to some people, but I consider it practice with color combinations and a very stress free non judgemental way of creating art. Afterall someone else drew it you just get to pick the colors
I do a lot of house cleaning when I get really bored,but have a little energy. Sometimes it backfires if I push myself too hard though and end up on the couch a while.
