Hi,
I apologize if this has been asked and answered elsewhere, I couldn't find a post about it...

Does anyone have recommendations for a book about understanding fibro and living with fibro? What would be the top recommendation?

I am reading a great thick book on Fibromalgia now. It's everything you wanted to know about Fibromalgia. I have had so many questions that were finally answered now. I feel like I am not crazy now. As I read some chapters I keep saying WOW! The book is by Mary Copeland. The title is Fibromalgia aNd chronic myofacial pain. It's the second edition. It's on amazon real cheap. The only thing I didn't realize was the copy right date. It was 2001. So it doesn't have the new drugs in it. But it's a very good book. I love her other books she has. I got one on depression and it was my life changing book. Maybe some others know a newer book , but this is excellent.

"Fibromyalgia for Dummies" is an easy read in layman's terms.

My fibro doctor highly recommends From Fatigue to Fantastic. I read the reviews on Amazon and it sounds like a fantastic book, so I'm going to order it.

Sometimes I feel like I should have a PHD in Fibromyalgia because of all the books I read. This one is one of the best I've read so far as to her clear and simple way of describing all the different parts to Fibromyalgia. After you rad this you will have a very clear understanding of the disease.
She is an MD and also has Fibromyalgia.
