Fibromites are the best barometers ever
we can detect all sorts of weather fronts coming...quick changes in the atmospheric pressure can do a number on us. Extreme cold or damp and rainy weather can do me in sometimes. I live in Arkansas where the summers can be extremely hot...long periods of time in the high 90's and 100's. We don't get the rain like Florida does, but we get it in the winter when it is cooler and that cold damp weather permenates the muscles and can send you into a flare quickly.
Gentle stretching throughout the day and taking time for long soaks in the tub helps. Muscle relaxers have helped me too...I take Flexeril when needed.
Hope you find some relief soon
Hugs, Robin
