I'm mostly running hot these days in cooler weather but I rarely sweat and if I do it's in the middle of the night.
My thermostat seems to want to stay at a constant temperature around 70 degrees. If I get too cool, my fibro pain increases and I get tighter. If I get too warm, I feel suppressed, have more trouble breathing, and have increased pain.
My all over feeling of feeling too warm feels like all over inflammation.
I do feel worse after eating certain foods and somewhat better eating others. Here's a website that addresses that:
