I take a multivitamin, magnesium/malic acid, calcium/vit D, and a probiotic. I'm going to ask my doctor about Curamin when I see him, because a lot of people here say it helps their pain...is that what you're talking about?
I'm with Robin as far as losing weight. If you eat healthfully, you're taking good care of yourself. Don't leave anything (that's healthy, I mean) totally out, just eat less of it. Of course, different people interpret that differently. I just don't believe it's good to go the all-fat or no-fat route, but then I'm no expert, either. And then, we all have systems that react differently, too - why, oh why, can there never be one-size-fits-all answers to these questions??
