I do alot of the same things mentioned.
I constantly change positions, i sit for ahwhile then stand, i walk around a little, stretch several times a day.
I try not to sit too long with out getting up and moving around or stretching.
standing in one place for too long also causes trouble.
im learning to listen to my body and give it what it needs.
When i need to sit, ill sit,
when i need to stand ill stand and so on.
