Ended up catching a cold, so trying to take dayquil for it, but it knocks me out for 2-3 Mrs each dose! Thought the day in dayquil had a meaning lol, does anyone have a thought into why it is doing that?

Do you see antihistimine in the ingrediant list?
It also could be the cold draining you.

No ma'am it doesn't say that. Maybe it is the cold. I was wondering if it was interacting with meds... try not to take with in a few hours of it.

I do not take DayQuil but my hubby has and he always gets super tired from it. He does not have fibro or take any other medications.

I take mucinex DM, that is what my dr told me to use with all my meds I'm on. and yes, I have one heck of a cold right now. I will use nightquil at night sometimes, but so far I haven't had to with this one.
