Because I don't want to take antidepressants or anti-seizure meds, I have gone a more natural way to help with my fibro.   I use ibuprofen with food, Tylenol, malic acid/magnesium supplements, vitamin D3 supplements, and a prescription medication called Robaxin which is a muscle relaxer.  This had helped me significantly and it's generic, too!   

I also do daily stretching exercises, daily gentle exercise like walking or swimming, and I pace myself when doing things.  All of this has helped me be in control of my pain.  If you sit or lay too much you will be stiff as a board and have more pain.

I see you have been directed to Fibro 101.  Please read this.  There is a wealth of information there and you will learn a lot.  This will help you cope with fibro.  Once you find the combination of things that will help you be in control of fibro, you can have a full and enjoyable life in spite of this health issue.

Above is a link I did looking up the medications you listed. They all have interactions and two of them are a serious and dangerous mix. Please print this and give to your doctor and ask her opinion about the interactions.

     Remeron (mirtazapine), Cymbalta (duloxetine)

Talk to your doctor before using mirtazapine together with DULoxetine. Combining these medications can increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, incoordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. You should contact your doctor immediately if you experience these symptoms while taking the medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Using clonazePAM together with lamoTRIgine may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications.

I just take paxil and tramadol for my anxiety and pain. The paxil helps pain for me as well as anxiety.
