Could i have Fibromyalgia..

Hi everyone my name is Jackie and i am new to this forum. Ever since i had my son via c-section i have startes exleriencing an odd all over pain. It almost feels as if i was sore. There are times when my now 2 and a half year old pokes me (in a playful way) and it hurts! it doesnt matter where he pokes me it just feels as if i was very sore and when i apply pressure with my finger i can feel it even more. A while ago(this is when it all started) I made a trip to the doctors office because i had an ood pain right under my left rib cage. My doctor diagnosed me with costochondritis. From there everything got worse. I started getting pain on both sides of my ribs front and now back..especially on the left side. My collar bones hurt but only where they end ( by the shoulders) my shoulders hurt alot when i apply pressure (right where my bra strap sits) my middle chest feels achy sometimes. My left thigh hurts every now and then and it is worse during the time of the month! the back of my head right by the neck feels achy too when i touch it. My lower back hurts like crazy sometimes and i have noticed that my symptoms seem to get worse once winter/cold time comes around and during my time of the month... When i had my son i had a ton of medication. i was induced and had petocin in my iv. later i had some pain killer via the iv. Once all the meds wore off i had an epidual, and after 19 hours of labor i had a spinal block and a c-section. I dont know if the c-section might have caused all these problems i have now? maybe the meds? i just dont feel as i did before. in my younger years i was diagnosed with anxiety/depression. i had papanic attacks quite often but thankfully i have not had one for 4 years and my depression went away. my anxiety is still tjere but not as bad as it was before. please let me know what you guys think. i know o should see a doctor about all that i am going through and as a matter of fact i have an appointment on friday. please let me know what you think. Definately talk to your doctor about this. The all over tenderness is what I feel too.
