For me, unfortunately, it's late at night. Right now at 1:15 am, I feel like I could tackle organizing, cleaning, Christmas cards, you name it! But I'll force myself to turn in instead, finally :(
Around dinnertime and for a couple of hours later, my pain is at its worst, I feel a lot of uncomfortable pressure in my groin area (don't know why) and I'm uncomfortably full from trying to eat enough. So I veg in front of the TV or computer. Then, around 11:00, I get a burst of energy and direction. My pain fades. That's usually when I do my PT exercises. Of course, that's also after I've taken my Gabapentin.
I know I need to turn my internal clock around....every night I think I'll somehow turn in earlier....but I don't. I fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed and get up around 9:00. Not terrible, but I'd like to have more daylight hours, be on a schedule more in tune with the rest of the world.
Just wondering if this is a common problem?
