I'm thankful that I don't seem to have caught my daughter's cold.

I'm also leaving for a short Christmas trip tomorrow.

Thanks to God--for everything.

I just set up an acupuncture appointment for tomorrow!! I had a demo done this fall, and felt great afterwards. So I have decided to try it out and see what happens.

That I stayed awake long enough to drive to my appointment today despite having very little sleep last night.
Watching my cat get "high" licking a plastic bag. LOL!
Seeing gas down to $3.09 a gallon :)))

Being able to work from home
Adding a third kitten to our household
Learning how to feel better

Baking! I miss it. I just bought 6 cookies at Wegman's. That's right, six. I will do a coolwhip sugarfree pie for Christmas eve (mom is diabetic, and bf doesn't do sugar or gluten). I will do a teeny-tiny flan for out Christmas day, with real sugar and real cream.

Right now, enjoying some music, a beer, chicken stew a-cooking, and some football later.

Debbie, I'm happy for you....that was sweet of hubby...I know you will have a wonderful time.

My energy level has been great this weekend...feeling pretty good too...stayed up extra late last night playing cards with friends and I was lucky!!!

I am thankful for the grace of God through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. Although I don't understand a lot of things He allows me to go through and live with, I know He is right by my side! Romans 8:28! I am blessed I have a warm bed, four beautiful pets I was able to rescue and they share their love like they know it! I am blessed with a wife who sticks with me with all my health issues, 18 grandchildren, especially the mischievous 4 year old twins who always make me laugh and the rest of them that love their "Papa"! I am blessed with my 4 children, especially my youngest daughter and her husband who always make to time to help me as my needs continue to grow. I am blessed for Forums like this that not only help me, but make me realize that no matter how bad things are getting for me I always read and see so many others have it worse! I know this is supposed to be positive, but some of your situations breaks my heart, praise the Lord for my sight so I am able to pray for you! Thank you for everyone who contributes here, you bless me too!!!
