I have been doing some comparison 'shopping' online and wondered how it compares with the others. Thanks for any input.

did you look at the magnesium content? it is only 150mg. For me I seem to do better at a 500Mg. I take them both separate.

Thanks for the heads up, beautymom5--I hadn't noticed that!

May I ask where you buy the malic acid (I assume that's what you mean by both--magnesium and malic acid(?)? I'm just exploring various sources. Thanks!

Hi Luv,

I returned my magnesium malate. It didn't agree with me. I saw what I purchased had malic acid in it. I usually can't tolerate something with acid like vinegar and citrus fruit.
