Hi there, sorry to hear about
your pain today. I do agree with Robin try soaking in a hot or warm bath. I like to put epsom salts in the tub and just lay there and relax. I tend to feel better for about
10 min and the pain comes back. I would definately do some streatches that are very gentle to get some circulation flowing into the muscles. Unfortunately there are times that the only thing we can do is wait the pain out. If that becomes the case I would recommend making yourself as comfortable as possible.I like the idea of the heating pad, I use mine regularly and it does help. I hope you start to feel better soon.
