I am so excited because I am finally started my weight loss plan. I was so tired getting on the scales and my weight would be climbing each week. My Dr. shared the app my fitness pal with me. I was amazed to see the calorie count of my foods I was eating. After reviewing it, I knew then why I was gaining so much weight.
I put myself on a 1200 calorie diet. I have done well all week. I have started going to the gym also. It makes me a little nervous because I don't want to trigger a fibro flare. I am sore, but it will be worth it in the long run. I was amazed my first day at the gym what I could do. I have to remind myself the word of moderation. I am just so ready to shed these pounds.
The app is so wonderful. You can scan your foods and it let's you know the content you ate. It lets you know how many calories you have for the day. It calculated my diet plan with the amount of weight I wanted to lose. It's easy to use. You can connect with friends on there to.
