I feel horrible today. skull

I've got a headache, feeling very tired and fuzzy.

I just seem like I was hit with a whole semi fleet and the last one drug me for a thousand miles.

I ache and hurt all over. cry

I guess it's from all of the storms that's been rumbling through my area and temperture drops. More is expected to come...groan... smhair

I know those days! Have a cup of chicken soup and a nice warm heating pad. Hope you soo feel better.

You must be sharing my weather. Sounds like we need to storm Sherrine's house! I hope you get lots of rest and feel better soon. We will better a bolo out for that truck.

Last Sunday it was in the mid 60's. Wednesday we got 3 inches of snow. Thursday was freezing rain. Today was a high of 50. My body doesn't know what is going on :)

I have had the same problems during the past week. I have really hurt and had a constant headache. The weather has constantly changed. First it was really warm, then the temperature dropped dramatically and it rained, then snowed, and then the chill factor was near zero. Then it was warm again, followed by 6+ inches of snow. Now it is warm again, and more snow coming tomorrow.
I don't think that our bodies even have a chance to adjust.

Hope you're feeling better, Joy, and not trying to do too much.

Weather always gets to me, too. Hubby says, "Oboy, weather!" I just groan when I feel it coming, even though always we're in dire need of any moisture.

I just spent the day resting in my recliner, in the dark. It seemed to help the headache. Stupid ears rang loudly all day...must be migraine related.

It's almost 1am and I need to get up at 8am for church.
I hope I can sleep good. If I can't I guess there won't be any church for me tomorrow. :<

Tomorrow's sunny but cold followed by 2 days of rain...grrrr!

I'm still up, too. Had a bad day. Very stressful and it made my anxiety rocket out of control. Hard to sleep through panic attacks.
The kids will be up in 4 hours. I'm going to be a very tired mommy. I'm supposed to take the kids out to my grandmother's house to play with their cousins. So I really need sleep.

I missed church this morning. I had a restless night and couldn't seem to wake up.

I slept until eleven. It felt good. It is cool, but sunny. I am waiting another hour to let the ground dry out some before I go do a little yardwork. I live in an awful rental townhouse, so little is the operative word here.

I am becoming more concerned with the ankolosing spondikilitis, or however you spell it. Now that I am aware of it, and have a name to put to the pain, ouchies. This so explains the severe ankle and wrist pain, as well as the spinal tightness.

Enjoy your sundays as best you can! Do something good for you.

I must be very wicked cause I got no sleep. I did get lots of kitty cuddles and I picked all the pretzels out of my chex mix. I organized the kids' clothes so I had a lot to take to donate. I'm hoping I will sleep tonight but I've been having anxiety attacks off and on all weekend. I see my psychiatrist tomorrow. I'm hoping for some help with my anxiety.
