I went to the store and grabbed quite a few things.
I'm still having my insomnia episode, and pulling 36 hours no sleep.
I decided to go to the supplement section of the store and look and see what they had.
I decided to start with my sleep problem first seeming as how it does cause a lot of disturbance.
So I'm taking Melatonin(3mg) + L-Theanine(200mg). Someone mentioned that they used this, so I want to try it out myself. I'm praying this somehow works to help my sleep.
So if anyone uses it, leave input.

Also, one of my annoying problems with my ankle popped up, so it's majorly swollen from my toes to my heel to halfway up my leg, and has the worst burning pain.
Anyone else get this?
