Okay so I am freaking out. My finger felt like it was burning now its traveling up my hand and arm. This is totally new any tips? I had a stabbing pain out of nowhere in my my inner knee on Friday. Is this just going to keep happening? Do you just keep getting new pains out of nowhere ?

The burning pains are part of my flares. Could be the same for you. Just do lots of stretching but otherwise take it kind of easy. You can also check in with the dr treating your fibro. Always better to be safe than sorry.
I've always had random pains that just come and go. I just let it go if it goes away quickly. I've got enough lingering pains to keep me busy righ now. Again, if its seriously worried ask your doctor.
Fibro is going to cause pain, some people have theirs managed so well that they no longer experience the pain. In average, I think we all experience some pain of differing levels.

That's a flare sneaking in. Ugly little monster isn't it?
Try ice or heat (depends on what works for you), stretching, and taking it easy. If you need to take some pain meds, too.

My total body inflammation isn't as bad since I began eating foods that weren't inflammatory.

Thanks for the comments and tips. I had oranges, bananas and strawberries yesterday that's gotta be the trigger. I am better this AM

I'm glad you're doing better. I can do bananas and strawberries but I can't do citrus.

yes last night while running my hands under cold water couldnt believe how painfull it was,felt like they were burnt terrible feeling it was,hate it when you get knocks or pulling on your body,you just think what is this all about,a very strange illness,and the cold water feelings running down your head or legs or arms,it must be crazy whats going on in our bodys,you just think whats coming next,i just remembered this was about burnig,went on re other things,sorry xox

I had a 1/2 of a mango the last two days and I haven't had one in years. It caused my throat to burn for 2 days. I heard we can be allergic to fruits that are in season.

You also might want to try applying sesame oil (not the cooking kind) to your burning areas. My arms, my legs, and my back tingle and burn and this oil helps. It has a nice mild fragrance.

Thanks medfree will get that oil as have seen it in the health shops before,I eat alot of fruit i was going to get a mango last week but changed my mind,so maybe i wont bother geting one after what happened to you,hope your fine X
