I use epsom salts, Dr. Teals. I usually mix the lavender and the rosemary ones together for a nice soak. I will also occasionally use aromatic oils.

I found a cream called "Australian dream". It helps a lot. It is rather pricy though. I also use my bed buddy. That has been my long time friend...

I use Sombra, hot showers, gentle stretches, and pacing myself. I also have a muscle relaxer that has been a huge help for me.

Heat and excercise has help my muscle pain. The longer I sit the more pain I get.

Soaking in a nice hot bath for a good hour. Then put on my heating pad when I get out :)

Seems to be the only thing I can do to get relief. The muscle relaxers don't help, going to ask for a change in them..

It helps a lot? I have never found a cream that helps that much, but Australian Dream is one I haven't tried. I'd never heard of a topical histamine cream before, interesting...

I take flexeril, hot baths with epsom salts. I'm also lucky to have a bf who knows all of my pain spots.and gives an awesome massage.
