Take breaks! Don't try to everything at once. Even everyday motions can cause pain, so slow and steady.
For instance, I have quite a to-do list today. Just packed for an hour. Now breaking. Then I will run errands, and take a break. Then pack some more, and, you guessed it, BREAK.
Exercise and keeping to a schedule are beneficial. Keep hydrated. Eat properly. Napping is controversial. Sleep as your body needs. Heat, in the form of water and/or heating pads.
Also, I believe in not letting things get too bad, in terms of pain. If I feel more pain coming on because of my actions, I willhead it off with a painkiller. Sme things in life you can say NO to, but others need to be done. So, sometimes, you just have to do the best you can.
