Debbie, well, I still do get the occasional random mouth irritation, or pain, for no apparent reason... of course for that matter, I still get the occasional Fibro issues randomly, too. Waaay less severe / life altering as in the old days, but still....
Maybe this would knock out that last 5% ? I dunno'. I don't really see it... or I'd have kicked the yogurt :) But then I won't know if I don't try. Maybe I'll just tell myself its for 1 month, and then, at the end of the month, see if it's helped anything, or if I really still want it ?
Now the whey is a lot more expensive thing to change :( As if whey protein is not expensive, at its cheapest ! The good stuff for being lactose free "protein isolate" is likev $13-$20 a lb ! What ?
......but I just have a hard time getting 200+ gm's a day without it. I think I already get a LOT of natural protein from egg whites and lean meats, and fish, but still would probably fall to like 150 gm a day, often, if not for my protein shakes :) Oh, plus with Silk Chocolate Light..... Closest thing to what I can remember a chocolate milk shake tasting :)

Wow ! That's pretty lame, huh ? I've only had greek yogurt a couple X's, and it was stronger, but still good, especially with some kind of fruit....
Oh, and fortunately for me, artificial sweeteners, just taste great :) I used to eat 10 tons of sugar, now I eat like 1 ton of sugar, and 5 tons of art. sweetener :)
I also use salt on whatever.
Or my condiments, BBQ, soy sauce, terryaki, etc, will have sugars and salt.
The way I see it, my food has just got to taste off the chain, for me to want to keep eating this way the rest of my life.
In reality, my salt and sugar intake is still far below what it used to be... by probably 80-90%.
I keep starting to ask you about
making yogurt... then I'm like, "Wait ! I came here to think about
quitting yogurt, not find out how to make it in bulk !
