Whats wrong with me??????? My whole rt arm hurts, still cramping, feeking weak. I had a massage today and its worse tonight

I am getting xrays tomorrow anda neck MRI next week. I feelbso hopeless. Why do we get this stupid symptom???

Is that your dominate arm?
I had the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago.
This is how I got it to ease up and eventually stop hurting:

1. Rub whole arm in bengay.
2. Rub whole arm in aspercreme.
3. Place icebag on the arm.
4. Take a ibuprophen.
5. Take tramadol.
6. Very gentle massage of muscles in arm.
You may want to immobilize arm in a sling for 24 hrs.

My arm is the bane of my existence right now, too. Tomorrow I'm finally seeing my dr about it. Also disturbing, both arms feel weak at times - how do I say this? Actively weak, like I've just lifted weights too long. But I've lifted nothing! They're doing it tonight. Ugh.

Massages always made me feel worse a few hours afterwards, too.

Thamks guys. Im just so fruatrates. I finally broke doqn ans tool some advil. Two hours later I took my vicodin (dr suggested it) it has calmed down but still sore. Let me know how your appt goes. Gonna go try the bengay stuff now. Thanks for sticking with me

I didnt have bengay but I used icy hot. It seemed to help. Today imbdoing better but I think the advil is helping to. Sorry for the bad typing. With bad arms its hard. Debbie whay did your dr say?
