I have seen quite a few posts where people mention a feather bed/mattress topper for help with sleep. So when my hubby asked me what I want for my Birthday that was my suggestion. He bought it for me 4 days ago and I have never slept better or felt better. I still have morning stiffness and wake occasionally through night but no where near as bad. This is definitely a good investment, thank you to all who suggested.

I use a fiber bed topper. It's like the feather bed topper but you can wash it. I LOVE it.

This sounds great! Would some place like Wal-Mart have them, or if not, where would they be available?

I bought mine from a bed/bath store but I know big department stores have them also. I am in Canada so not sure about where in the states would have them. Very affordable also, under $100 for queen size feather filled. Just looked at walmart and yes they sell both fiber and feather.

I got mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond. They have both feather and fiber beds. I have slept on both....the feather topper in a hotel. I bought the fiber topper because it was washable, which helps if I have night sweats sometimes. Both feel wonderful. I also have a foam egg crate u der the topper. Ahhhhh.....

I've got to get one. My new bed has pillow top but I love a cushy feeling bed.

Joy, my bed is a pillow top, too, but also gives good support for my back. But I put the foam egg crate on top of the pillow top and then the fiber topper on top of the egg crate and this gives me softness but I still get support for my back. For me, it's great.

I did try memory foam first and couldn't roll over in bed. I was stuck where I laid and was pulling muscles just to try to get out of bed. The memory foam was dumped after two days. LOL

We have a soft-side water bed, which is heated in the winter, and I LOVE IT.
