I'm glad the trigger point therapy is helping you. It helps me a lot but I do keep after it. If I'm really sore in a spot, I start searching for that trigger point and massage it and the pain eases and usually goes away in that spot.
I do wonder, though, why you are taking all those medications when they obviously are not helping you. You are spending a lot of money, putting chemicals in your body, and are getting nearly no results! I would suggest that you talk to your doctor, get off those meds and try something else. It's trial and error for us with fibro. I tried a lot of different things until I found what helps me be in control of my pain. You are not in control of your pain.
I can manage with over the counter medications, supplements, and a muscle relaxer. That has helped me a lot. Some use Cymbalta or Lyrica, etc. There are things out there that can help you. You shouldn't be suffering the way you are describing so you do need to have a heart to heart talk with your doctor. He/she probably doesn't know these medications aren't working for you.
There is a link in Fibro 101 with pain charts and a pain journal. I suggest you start keeping the pain journal and recording, from the pain charts, the type of pain you feel with doing certain things. Then take this with you to the doctor's office and show this to your doctor so they better understand what you are going through. If they do nothing, you need another doctor.
