Hi everyone!!

I just got back from a week of vacation! I live in Ca. and drove to the Grand Canyon in Az. It was amazing but hard on my fibro. I thought relaxing would help. I guess I was lucky to have 5 good days out of 7. Not bad.

Been back to work for two days... Horrible. Starting a new flare up again.

I can't believe how much I missed in here. Lol
Glad I was on vacay.

I hope you got a lot of pictures. I have never been there but it sure looks spectacular in pictures I've seen.

Just keep stretching and drink more water. That might help. You might not have kept hydrated. Before you know it, you will be back on track.

ive been there (live in the UK) was lucky enough to go over it in a helicopter....also visited Las Vegas.
Been to California too, stayed with ex boyfriends relatives, we stayed in a little town near Sequoia redwoods...so beautiful and so hot...loved it!

5 out of 7 days does sound like a good trade off..im glad you had a lovely trip :o)

Yes lots of water. Guess I can't but my fibro on vacation. Lol
We stayed in Sedona! Absolutely beautiful. We went during monsoon season..amazing thunderstorms!

Welcome back, Liz.

Glad you got to see the Grand Canyon. It is spectacular, isn't it? I haven't been since I was a child, but I remember fairly well. Nothing quite like it.

Hi everyone...

Just a quick update since I can back from vacay. I'm still in a flare up! Not sure what happened but you'd think since I was on vacation I should be relaxed. I'm going on 10 days. :(
