I have a feeling this one will take a while to subside.
Still not eating properly. But I am hydrating.
I hate, hate, hate being delicate.

How long has it gone on Myself? What sort of symptoms are you experiencing...worse pain? Fatigue?
What a nuisance...I hate being delicate too, so frustrating!

My best guess is it started on the drive up, and accelerated through the week.
Whole story....

Am still off balance and very low energy. Pain in usual places. No concentration. No memory.

I'm glad you're at home. I think you'll start feeling better soon. Being at home is much more relaxing than anywhere else. You do need to try and eat something, though.
I hope it passes soon. Not very fair to get a flare as a reward for helping others, is it?

I spent much of today running into things, and wandering from room to room. I couldn't keep my mind on anything. I tried to watch two different movies, and couldn't follow them. I wanted to go to the farmer's market this morning, but just couldn't manage to get out. The pain isn't too bad, but my balance and attention span are shot. I watched Animal Planet and polished silver, and web surfed.
I have not been this bad in a loooong time.

I hope that you feel better soon myself. Try to relax, maybe lay down for a bit. Mindfulness comes in handy when we are feeling this way.
Take care,
Hugs, Karen...

I sympathize with you so much, I've been in some sort of flare for the last month. I've been rotating between high pain and having energy to do things to low pain but horrible fatigue that keeps me in bed. The best we can do is adjust, adjust, adjust. I hope it ends for you soon :)

I've been in a really bad flare up for about
10 days now. Last night I couldn't move my arm. It hurt so bad! I feel like I have pin and needle feeling on my head. Can't even put my hair up. Is this fibro???
Pain level: 8

I'm starting to understand flares. Im new to Fibro and have had only one that I would consider an actual flare (basically a three week bad flu) as the rest of the time I consider it just malaise. I just got over one two weeks ago and now I am starting to get SUPER tired again. I really hope to wake up feeling normal tomorrow.
Hope you're feeling okay today! :)
