Hi, Jacee, and welcome! I'm not pregnant either. But, warm baths, moist heat do help. Some have something called a Bed Buddy that you can heat in the microwave. They are found at Walgreens and other places. Or, you can make one by taking a tube sock, adding long grain rice 2/3's of the way and tie a knot at the end. Pop it in the microwave and it gives off moist heat and feels wonderful on those sore muscles.
You might try magnesium malate...but you really need to ask your doctor first. I don't know how this would work being pregnant. Same with vitamin D3. Many with fibro are deficient in these vitamins and nutrients and that can cause more pain.
Walking and keeping moving does help, too. If you sit or lay too much you can have more pain. Again, speak to your doctor before doing any exercise.
I hope some of these suggestions help you out. Congratulations are definitely in order. That baby will be a very special blessing in your life! Let us know how things are going.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Don't hesitate to ask questions because we are here to help you. Hope to hear more from you soon.
