Absolutely! That's why it's hard sometimes to know that you are overdoing it - you feel fine while doing the activity; it's only later that you start to feel the pain. Your neck/shoulder pain may be from the stress of driving, or it may be from holding yourself in the driving position for so long.
And sometimes, an activity that you are used to doing just fine with no after effects will cause problems this particular time you do it. There often is just no rhyme or reason to fibro pain.
