The working thing is basically a lie. They won't approve you if you can work, that's how they denied me for 2 years until I got a lawyer and a good case for my employment while applying. They told me the same thing about
working, and then denied my claim because I was able to work. You can work after you get approved, that way they don't have to pay out as much.
I strongly recommend hiring a lawyer from the start who can help you fill out the right things and present a legitimate case the way they need to see it.
