Okay maybe I am just on an emotional rollercoaster with the hub gone, or maybe this is not fibro. I am wondering if anyone gets this. For about
the last few weeks I've been getting serious chills while sleeping. ( not night sweats, just chills.. shaky ones)
It puzzles me because I go to bed in heavy gear to combat muscle spasms during winter. I usually wear warm ups, columbia fleece Jacket, socks, and blankets. Despite this, I am still getting the bone rattling chills. Once I wake up, ( they wake me) put the covers up to my nose and curl in a ball they go away.
For the love of Pete.. does anyone else get something similar? I googled it and it says it is hypoglacemia. I know some of us have sugar issues with this..
HELP..
