Hysterectomy does not always "cure" endometriosis and comes with its own problems. If you have endo all over your organs, just removing the uterus and ovaries does not always help. All of the endo needs to be removed and it can still return. If you take hormones to treat the instant menopause, you greatly increase the risk of the endo returning. Once you've had a hysterectomy, many doctors will not help you if the endo returns because they believe they've cured it. I have a friend who had surgery to remove endo that covered her intestines 20 years after her hysterectomy. She couldn't get anyone to believe that she was still having pain. Many women have had great success with a hysterectomy but many have not. Either the endo returned or the problems caused by the hysterectomy were even worse than the endo.
Many doctors prescribe Lupron for endo but it is not a cure and can make your fibro pain much, much worse permanently.
The best treatment for endo is to have it surgically removed by a specialist. I have had multiple surgeries (for various reasons) and they've always found endo and adhesions. My first surgeon removed endo from most of my organs and greatly reduced my pain. Endo usually causes adhesions and they can be worse than the endo. Unfortunately, surgery to remove adhesions causes adhesions.
Whatever treatment you choose, do a LOT of research first. Too many women are pressured into unsuccessful treatments because they are in so much pain, they will try almost anything.
Endo does cause the symptoms you mentioned plus many more. I used to attend an endo support group and a fibro support group and many of women in the two groups had both.
