Right side back pain

Hello all, so I have had this pain that started across the middle of my back like under my bra strap and it hurt and burned, now it's just on my right side and hurts but no burn. Tonight I did a heating pad, but it seemed to make it worse. I was recently diagnosed with fibro and RA so I am not sure if it is related to those or if there is something else going on. I tend to be at my dr office like once a week for things that I just don't know. Has anyone experienced anything like this that can give some advice? Thanks!

Teslagirl, I have found out over the years that fibro can create some of the craziest symptoms. I have learned not to go to the Dr. Right away. I wait for a few days and 99 percent of the time it goes away. I am not sure if you got some books on fibro and read some. This really helped me understand a lot of symptoms I was going through. Many things that you learn here or the books are never told to you by the Dr's. Sometimes you can get those pains from over active nerves that you describe. I tend to use heat and others do different things. Sometimes just not wearing a bra makes a world of difference.

Tyvm! Yeah the pain started 2 weeks ago today across my back, but now it's just on my right side and it seems to feel pretty good in the morning then by evening it hurts quite a bit. So just not sure.. It is so rough cuz yeah I don't want to keep running to the dr, but I also don't know if it cld be kidney related (but I doubt it) Just all the thoughts that go through your mind when a pain comes up.. Thanks :)
