Robin has been on my mind nearly constantly, too. I was even waking up in the middle of the night last night with Robin on my mind. I agree...I pray that you are blessed with good news. We all care so much for you, Robin.

Yeah.....I know. I'm anxious to find out, too.

Thank You my friends for your concern.

We arrived at the hospital at 7:15 this morning after almost an hour and a half drive. I was released from the hospital at 12:15. I was awake for the entire procedure...was given a couple of valium to relax me. I layed on my belly on the CT scan table and had a grid on my back. The doc took quite a few samples. I was in and out of the machine multiple times. A pathologist was in the room collecting each sample. I was surprised that the procedure was pretty painless...they shoot you up with a lot of lidocaine.

After the procedure, I was able to eat. They keep you at the hospital for observation and do a chest x-ray to make sure your lung isn't collapsed. I was quite tired when I got home and took a long nap.

I will not find out the results of the biopsies until next Tuesday 3-18 when I meet with the surgeon at the oncology clinic. I should be used to waiting, but I'm not. Hopefully the week will go by fast and the results will be good.

I want to thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. I do believe in the power of prayer and I know you all have helped me in the past. I am truly grateful!

I know you have lots of good friends - in addition to us - and a loving hubby and family....what a blessing.

And much as you love to go out and have fun (and the waiting time would pass more quickly if you could) I hope you will take it really easy right now and let others do for you.

Of course, you're one smart lady, and an expert in doing what you have to do under difficult circumstances....not sure exacly what my point is here - but my prayers are with you this week as you hang tight.

I'm so glad that the procedure wasn't uncomfortable for you. I know some things that you have gone through were very painful. Now the waiting begins. I'm not good at waiting either. I want to know everything "yesterday". I know you don't have the energy to do much but maybe you can visit with friends or catch up on some movies to help pass the time.

BTW, did they give you anything to help with your shortness of breath? I hope so. That has to be miserable.

We will be continuing our prayers for good news from these tests.
