Since I have severe back issues (OA) I decided to break down and buy a TENs machine over the counter.
Now I'm learning how to use it and wondered if it could be used for my fibro pains?
Do any of you use one of these for your fibro?

I did my back awhile ago and it was an odd experience. All that tapping and crawling feeling was so strange. However, I did feel better afterwards. Maybe I'll try my elbow or shoulder tomorrow.

My elbow was killing me off and on all day so I put it on finally. It feels better now.
I hope it keeps helping me. I'll take any relief I can get even if it's psychological relief.
